Job Summary
The Admissions Representative is integral to supporting our admissions process and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective students. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Admissions Inquiries: Answer incoming admission calls, providing detailed information and support to prospective students, and facilitating the enrollment process.

Payment Plan Management: Oversee and manage ongoing payment plans for students, ensuring records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Enrollment Agreements: Handle enrollment agreements using SignNow, ensuring all documentation is correctly completed and filed.

Student Communications: Use Salesforce to send welcome emails to new students, ensuring they possess all necessary information for their journey at Larock Healthcare Academy.

Team Support: Provide support and coverage for the Admissions team during staff absences.

Administrative Duties:

Print physical textbooks for students as required.

Create and process certificates for graduates.

Process student refunds and withdrawals.

Prepare and handle bank deposits.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:

Five or more years of admissions or administrative experience is preferred.
Skills & Abilities:

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software applications.

CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
