Job Description 

Practice Administrator/Coordinator

Duties:

Provider scheduling

Chart preparation

Telephone/fax communications

Filing

Processing prescription requests

Maintenance of medical records as required by contractual agreements

Housekeeping duties

Maintaining office supplies and office equipment

Collection of copays, deductibles and any outstanding balances

Following up on Outstanding insurance report/aging

Reconciling patient accounts

Communication with patients about their accounts

Any other duties as required by supervisor

Responsible for completing weekly timesheet (DAILY)

 

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a medical practice or certificate of completion from an accredited program
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to interact well with management and clients

There will be a 6 month probationary period beginning first day of employment
