Payment, Late Tuition, and Student Account Information
Larock Healthcare Academy students are required to review and sign an Enrollment Agreement before admission into a program. The Enrollment Agreement outlines payment responsibilities, payment schedule expectations, and the current late payment process.

Late Tuition Payment Information

- A $25 late fee may be assessed on the first missed payment date.
- If payment has still not been received by the following Monday and another payment is due that week, an additional $25 late fee may be assessed.
- The student may be suspended from classes until the account is brought current.
- If payment is still not received the following week, a 30-day collections notice may be issued.
- Additional collections fees may apply if the account is sent to collections.
